How are the meals delivered and kept fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh and shipped in insulated cooler boxes with non-toxic gel packs to ensure they stay at a safe, refrigerated temperature until they reach your doorstep.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our packaging is designed to keep meals cold for up to 24 hours after delivery. We recommend refrigerating the meals as soon as you are able.
What is the shelf life of the meals?
Most of our meals have a refrigerated shelf life of 5 to 7 days. Each meal container is clearly labeled with a 'Use By' date for your convenience.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a delivery or cancel your plan at any time through your account dashboard, provided changes are made before the weekly cutoff deadline.
How do I heat my meals?
Our containers are microwave-safe. Simply remove the lid and heat for 2-3 minutes. You can also transfer the food to an oven-safe dish if you prefer using a conventional oven.
